Cooking Class at the Château
Step into the shoes of a Chef in the heart of the kitchens of Château Ambe Tour Pourret. Like a professional behind your preparation area and your own cooktop, share a most convivial moment, and let yourself be guided by the advice of our Chef. Create a menu featuring seasonal regional products, and then taste them with the wines of the Lannoye family. The workshop is proposed from 2 to 15 people maximum. Classes take place all year, from 10am to 1pm, and in the evening from 5pm to 8pm. Minimum reservation 5 days prior the day.

Lunch at the Château
Cheese lovers, come discover the lunch formula of Château Ambe Tour Pourret. In the shade of the chestnut tree, you will be able to taste a board of cheeses (selection of either Saint-Nectaire, Brie de Meaux, Trappe d’Echourgnac, Salers, Rocamadour, Cabécou du Périgord, Bleu d’Auvergne or Ossau Iraty), accompanied by a glass of Château Ambe Tour Pourret. To finish, we offer you a coffee or tea, accompanied by the traditional Saint-Émilion macaroon.
The perfect break to taste our wines and enjoy a relaxing moment in the courtyard of the Château.

- Low season menu (november / December): Giromon soup, duck parmentier, salad, cheese, vanilla apple compote, madeleines, bread and 1/2 bottle of Château Lanbersac - Puisseguin Saint-Emilion.

I brunch at Ambe Tour Pourret
Every first Sunday of the month between June and October, discover the Ambe Tour Pourret style brunch. From 11am to 3pm, with friends or family, come and enjoy our buffet of fresh local produce. Sit in the courtyard of the Château for a gourmet break in front of the vines.
1st Sunday from June to October (2nd June, 7th July, 4th August, 1st September & 6th October)
Two services : 11am or 1pm. Booking mandatory.

Discover the two biggest traditions of Bordeaux wine and cannelés ! Start with a tour of our certified organic family estate, all the step of the elaboration of our Saint-Emilion Grand cru will be describe by our guide. Then go to tasting room, tasting four different wines paired with 4 different salted cannelés.

Visit of the Château with cheese or chocolate tastings
We will be really pleased to welcome you and your family or friends for our "Gourmet" Tour. In a warm ambiance and with one of our guide, come closer to the vineyard to discover or wine origins, then go through our vinification room to have a clear presentation of all the different step of a vinification, finally we will speak about ageing in the heart of our barrel cellar. Now that you know our production method, you are ready for the tasting of four wines paired with four cheeses of chocolates (your own choice). A really good way to discover all the wines of our family. Languages: English, French, Italian & Spanish.
