What could be better than a homemade meal to pair with our Grand Cru? That’s exactly what we offer with our “Cooking Class at the Château” workshops.
Whether with family, friends, or colleagues, prepare your menu under the expert guidance of our chef. Together, you’ll create an appetizer, main course, and dessert in our fully equipped kitchen with cooking stations. Once your dishes are ready, you’ll plate them and sit down to enjoy your meal in the Château’s elegant dining room.
Your dishes will be paired with wines from the Lannoye family, including our organic Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Ambe Tour Pourret.
Capacity: 2 to 18 people
Schedule: Classes are available year-round:
- Lunchtime: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Evening: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Booking: Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance.
The Cooking Class Includes:
- A tour of the barrel cellar with explanations about the creation of our organic Saint-Émilion Grand Cru.
- A private cooking class followed by the meal you’ve prepared.
- 1 glass of Crémant de Bordeaux Celene, 1 glass of red wine from the Lannoye family vineyards, and 1 glass of organic Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Ambe Tour Pourret.
- Water, coffee or tea, and a Saint-Émilion macaron.

- 3 to 4 people: €238 per person (incl. VAT)
