- A tour of the barrel cellar with explanation of our process to make our organic Grand Cru Saint-Émilion.
- A private cooking class followed by the meal you’ve prepared.
- 1 glass of Crémant de Bordeaux Celene, 1 glass of red wine from the Lannoye vineyards, and 1 glass of organic Grand Cru Saint-Émilion Ambe Tour Pourret.

Tour Tasting and Picnic at the Château
Add a French picnic to your visit by booking a tour, tasting and picnic. Learn more about our wine making process from the vines to the bottle of our organic Grand Cru Saint-Emilion. Then follow your guide for a tasting of 3 wines. After this, enjoy a plate composed of meat, cheese, truffle croque-monsieur, a glass of wine, a cannelé de Bordeaux and a coffee, in the shade of the chestnut tree or in our room with view on the vineyard
The perfect break to taste our wines and enjoy a relaxing moment in the courtyard of the Château.

Raclette Party at the Château
Enjoy a typical French food experience with our new formula : Raclette Party of the Château. Privatize the living room of the château for four hours, start your stay with a visit of the château. Then, time for cheese, wine, meat and potatoes for the raclette. One glass of Saint-Emilion Grand included and a dessert. Sparkling Cocktail Workshop
Celene Crémants invite you into the heart of the Saint-Émilion vineyards for a fun and original workshop. Join us in the air-conditioned room of Château Ambe Tour Pourret, overlooking the vineyards, to take part in a cocktail workshop featuring Crémants de Bordeaux. During this workshop:
- You will discover the secrets behind the production of our crémants
- You will taste three crémants: Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, and Rosé
- You will learn the basics of mixology and create three cocktail recipes
- You will then enjoy your favorite cocktail accompanied by a platter of charcuterie and cheeses facing the vineyards
This activity can be booked from 2 people in a shared group, or privatized from 6 people for birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette parties, groups of friends, and more.

Visit of the Château & tasting
With our visit and tasting formula, you will discover three of our wines, right after a full tour of our beautiful château when you will learn more about our vignes, vinification process and aging process in oak barrels.
All our tasting are multilingual english and french.

Visit of the Château with cheese tastings
We will be really pleased to welcome you and your family or friends for our "Gourmet" Tour. In a warm ambiance and with one of our guide, come closer to the vineyard to discover or wine origins, then go through our vinification room to have a clear presentation of all the different step of a vinification, finally we will speak about ageing in the heart of our barrel cellar.
Now that you know our production method, you are ready for the tasting of three wines paired with three cheeses. A really good way to discover all the wines of our family.
