Step into the Role of a Chef in the Heart of Château Ambe Tour Pourret’s Kitchen
Like a professional chef, take your place at your preparation station and enjoy a unique and convivial experience guided by our expert Chef. Create a menu showcasing seasonal, regional products and savor your creations paired with wines from the Lannoye family.
During our private “Prestige” cooking class, you’ll learn professional techniques to cook french dishes. Our fully equipped kitchen and dining room can host groups of 2 to 18 people.
Classes are held year-round, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM for lunch sessions, and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM for dinner sessions. Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance.
Cooking Class Includes:
- A tour of the barrel cellar with explanation of our process to make our organic Grand Cru Saint-Émilion.
- A private cooking class followed by the meal you’ve prepared.
- 1 glass of Crémant de Bordeaux Celene, 1 glass of red wine from the Lannoye vineyards, and 1 glass of organic Grand Cru Saint-Émilion Ambe Tour Pourret.
- Water, coffee or tea, and a Saint-Émilion macaron.
2025 Rates:
- 2 people: €320 per person (incl. VAT)
- 3 to 4 people: €238 per person (incl. VAT)
- 5 to 10 people: €178 per person (incl. VAT)
- 11 to 18 people: €157 per person (incl. VAT)
- Our cooking classes are the perfect activity for family events, gatherings with friends, or professional occasions (bachelorette or bachelor parties, birthdays, wedding anniversaries, family meals, team-building events). If some members of your group wish to join the meal at the château without participating in the cooking class, two options are available:
- Tour and Meal:
- Welcome at the château.
- Barrel cellar tour with the group.
- A glass of Crémant, meal, and 2 glasses of wine.
- Guests can explore Saint-Émilion and its surroundings while the cooking class takes place.
- Tour, Sensory Tasting, and Meal:
- Welcome at the château.
- Barrel cellar tour and a glass of Crémant with the group.
- A sensory tasting workshop with in-depth explanations of terroirs and winemaking, use of the “Nez du Vin” to enhance the sense of smell, and a tasting of 7 Lannoye family wines.
- Guests will join the group for the meal prepared during the cooking class.
Guest Package Rates:
- Tour and meal: €70 per person (incl. VAT).
- Tour, sensory tasting, and meal: €120 per person (incl. VAT).
