Step into the shoes of a Chef in the heart of the kitchens of Château Ambe Tour Pourret. Like a professional behind your preparation area and your own cooktop, share a most convivial moment, and let yourself be guided by the advice of our Chef. Create a menu featuring seasonal regional products, and then taste them with the wines of the Lannoye family.
For this new season, we are offering two cooking classes!
Our new offer is the “Premium” cooking course for groups of 2 to 10 people. During this course, you will learn professional techniques to cook refined and seasonal dishes.
For groups of 11 to 17 people, we offer the “Tradition” cooking classes. During this course, prepare a chef’s meal from A to Z in a festive atmosphere suitable for large groups.
Classes take place all year, from 10am to 1pm, and in the evening from 5pm to 8pm.
Minimum reservation 5 days prior the day.
