That\u2019s exactly what we offer with our &#8220;Cooking Class at the Ch\u00e2teau&#8221; workshops.<\/p>\n<p>Whether with family, friends, or colleagues, prepare your menu under the expert guidance of our chef. Together, you\u2019ll create an appetizer, main course, and dessert in our fully equipped kitchen with cooking stations. Once your dishes are ready, you\u2019ll plate them and sit down to enjoy your meal in the Ch\u00e2teau\u2019s elegant dining room.<\/p>\n<p>Your dishes will be paired with wines from the Lannoye family, including our organic Saint-\u00c9milion Grand Cru Ambe Tour Pourret.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Capacity:<\/strong> 2 to 18 people<br \/>\n<strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Classes are available year-round:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lunchtime: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM<\/li>\n<li>Evening: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM<br \/>\n<strong>Booking:<\/strong> Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Cooking Class Includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A tour of the barrel cellar with explanations about the creation of our organic Saint-\u00c9milion Grand Cru.<\/li>\n<li>A private cooking class followed by the meal you\u2019ve prepared.<\/li>\n<li>1 glass of Cr\u00e9mant de Bordeaux Celene, 1 glass of red wine from the Lannoye family vineyards, and 1 glass of organic Saint-\u00c9milion Grand Cru Ambe Tour Pourret.<\/li>\n<li>Water, coffee or tea, and a Saint-\u00c9milion macaron.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Prestige&#8221; Cooking Class Prices:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2 people:<\/strong> \u20ac320 per person (incl.
